Dr. Bridget Stirling

PhD, Community Health Sciences

Dr. Bridget Stirling is a public health specialist and researcher. Dr. Stirling has been a Dean and educator, and has worked Internationally, in the area of disease control for over 17 years. She has advised on a number of epidemiology and disease control projects, including work for National and International organizations.


Jennie Harmston

Public Health Consultant 

Jennie Harmston is a Director in the Stirling Harmston Public Heath Consultancy firm for Global Public Health. A graduate from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, London, UK and the University of Southampton 

A trained NHS nurse with international experience in working in Cambodia, India, Saudi Arabia and the UK. 

Prior to becoming a consultant, she worked in the NHS as a senior nurse, in the Department of Health UK, developing and implementing policies to improve health outcomes for children and young people, Home Office UK developing and delivering educational programmes on substance misuse for children and young people.

Areas of experience include work during Pandemic Outbreaks: Clinical Lead during HINI Pandemic (2009) and Clinical Advisor during MERS -CoV 2012. Experienced in risk management including systematic and serious case reviews in morbidity and mortality, to identifying potential causes and effects to change national policy to reduce future deaths. 


Patrick O’Donnell

CTO, Stirling Harmstrom

Patrick is a software development leader with deep technical skills. Currently, Patrick is employed at Cisco as the Development Manager for Advanced Malware Protection. Most recently, Patrick has also worked as the Director of Software for ATB Financial’s Innovation Lab and the Director of Software and Cybersecurity Chair for Zephyr Sleep Technologies where he led a team bringing a new medical device to market. Patrick has experience as the architect for several cloud based software products including a learning management platform and a medical record management platform.
